1. SHIPPING COST

We offer a transparent flat-rate shipping fee for all orders across the USA:

• Standard Shipping Fee: $6.99 per order.

All shipping costs will be clearly displayed in your cart and at the final checkout stage before payment.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMELINE

We work hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. Please note the following timeframes:

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time).
• Order Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time we need to prepare and pack your order.
• Transit Time: 3 – 5 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the duration from the moment the package leaves our facility until it reaches your doorstep.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 – 8 business days.

3. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s journey in real-time.

5. DELIVERY ADDRESS & CHANGES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at contact@casana.shop. We cannot change the address once the order has been shipped.
